S&G flooring company has left us utterly disappointed. The flooring was terrible, and the installers, customer service, and even the manager, Fernando, were equally awful. They completely failed us. The installation was a nightmare that took over six months to fix the issues. Our fireplace was ruined; chunks of the rock were missing, and one of the rocks even fell off the corner. When it finally got fixed, the color of the mortar was so bad that we had to hire our own company to fix it and were given a mere $500 discount. There was also a chunk out of one of the planks, and after rearranging our living room, we found another one under our couch. Highly recommended. I went into the store to look at samples, they greeted me and helped me choose a bunch of samples. They let me take them home. A few days later, they came out, with more samples, and to measure our rooms. They gave us a good price, and we signed the contract. They came out a couple weeks later to install the flooring. Michael Garcia's team was amazing. They did an awesome job installing our flooring. Very happy!

Had been working with multiple contractors and flooring 'specialist' when we discovered we were being given incorrect information regarding installation of products in our existing situation that was strictly forbidden by the flooring manufacturer. When we entered S&G, we had information that I wanted them to confirm without giving details of what I knew. The staff was knowledgeable, and provided the correct responses to my questions on product and installation. The estimator was personable and accurate. The installers were also a lot of fun to work with and did an excellent job! The floors are beautiful.

We worked with S&G Carpet in Rogers, Arkansas, and couldn't be happier! We had hired a flooring contractor who pretty much screwed us over and we were left scrambling to get carpet installed before our belongings arrived to our new-to-us home. I went to the showroom on Monday evening right before closing and spoke with Hailey who was tremendously helpful. Robert showed up the next morning to measure, and he was very pleasant and thorough. Then Flavio showed up Thursday and Friday to install the 3 bedrooms plus a walk-in-closet. He was very conscientious with the install and did a fabulous job.
