Shading Texas

After researching five different companies in the Austin area, Shading Texas won us over with their product quality. Justin was excellent; he explained everything thoroughly and brought samples so we could visualize the final look. He listened to our concerns and provided the best options for our patio shades. We are very happy with the results and the quality of the mechanisms. The only area for improvement is the post-installation cleanup, as we found metal shavings and dust around our patio furniture. Overall, however, we highly recommend Shading Texas for this type of project!

After seeing such great reviews we called to get an estimate. James came out, he was knowledgeable and just a cool guy. Anytime they had to come out for any reason there was always a text sent out before hand. The communication during the whole process was awesome. The crew that came out was just as cool and did a professional job. I really have nothing I could not pick on. The whole process has been seemless. If I ever have a question there is always a quick response. We love our shades and it has made such a difference. I would and have highly recommended Shading Texas. With so many businesses out there it’s great to have one that not only provides a fantastic job but also offers personable, friendly and caring people!

Their sun-shades are beautifully crafted and really transform the patio into a comfortable, year-round space. The custom options allowed us to match the frame and fabric perfectly to our home’s exterior, creating a seamless look. Plus the whole experience—from quote to installation—was professional, smooth, and exactly what we needed to beat the Texas heat...Oh, and then in the fall, beat the Texas sized crickets too.

Totally awesome experience with Shading Texas! The service and quality of the products is top notch. The installation team was meticulous and professional. I really appreciated the attention to detail to make the screens look like a seamless part of the back patio. The automation of the screens is a real plus like being able to use voice commands. They were endorsed by my builder, Silverton Custom Homes, which gave me confidence in them. While they might be a little more expensive that other options, it is worth the difference. You will definitely be extremely pleased with Shading Texas!
