Shady Tree

It is always a pleasure to get to chat with Tyler and get educated on all things trees. We have been customers for 10+ years and I wouldn't trust anyone else with our big, 30+ year old trees! 💛

My Aspen trees have black spot fungus on the leaves which kills the leaf and they drop. I called shady tree in Parker, Co on 8-15 to have them come out on 8-18 to evaluate and treat this fungus. They were a NO SHOW on the 15th so I called and they did not have a reason for not showing up but rescheduled for 8-20 from 8am to 9am. We'll guess what! They were a NO SHOW again so I called and they said the tech would be out within an hour. Well, an hour and a half past that time and once again, a NO SHOW. They didn't show up at all that day! I waited all day and it is now 5:30pm and shady tree never bothered to show up or to call. If you want your trees taken care of stay away from shady tree service. Very poor customer service. Absolutely the BEST! So knowledgeable & friendly. They gave me a bid the same day and then were back to do the work in just a few days. It's nice to do business with a company that does what they say they're going to do. Great communication too!

These people are fantastic. I had 2 large Austrian pines that were turning brown. Needles Falling everywhere. I thought it was from needle blight fungus and had even bought my own fungicide and sprayer. I had second thoughts after I read all the warnings and called Shady Tree. Tyler came out and discovered I had Aphids. He gave me a lot of information about my trees. It was like a fantastic horticulture class. I learned a lot. They came out and sprayed these trees and they stated to perk up. They look great now. They also applied a special fertilizer. Cost was very reasonable. They also removed two other trees that needed to be removed. If I had tried to do this on my own I would have used the wrong stuff and possibly ended up in urgent care! Call the experts.
