Shagovac Heating & Cooling

Shagovac does the preventive furnace maintenance where I rent an apartment. Their employee, Dylan, did the work at my place this morning. He was very professional, polite, friendly. He answered my questions and did a great job. Very happy with the experience.

All aspects of our experience with Shagovac were top notch. Megan and Sue at the office were polite, cheerful and great with communication. Joel and the install team were courteous, professional and on time They installed a multi zone Carrier mini-split and heat pump system in our century home in under two days. After an extended absence, we returned to our home to find a black thermostat screen and no heat. I called Shagovac and spoke with a friendly, professional, and accomodating young woman. Before scheduling a service call, she asked if we had checked simple fixes (i.e. breaker switch, battery) before paying for a service call. In today's marketplace who does that? Apparently, this company does! We had already checked for simple fixes (no go), so she scheduled a service call that was convenient for us. Ian, our tech arrived on time. He was personable and confident. He put on booties ( nice touch) and checked the thermostat, then went to the lower level to check the heating system. Big thank you to Shagovac and Ian for fixing the software problem on our boiler. It's a shame all HVAC businesses don't take the time to educate themselves the way they do.

We were VERY pleased with our experience that Ian performed in our home yesterday! I called the office and Sue was very polite and cheerful on the phone. She said Ian could come out the same day! That's service right there! Ian did some testing on the furnace, was very professional and we had problems that he traced back to our t-stat.
