I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. The plumbers were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely respectful of my home. Removing an old water heater isn’t the easiest job, but they handled it seamlessly. They answered all my questions and left the area spotless. What a fantastic experience it was, called Saturday morning, technician was at my house withing a few hours and was able to get my burner up and running after replacing a multitude of parts. Great job guys!!

The technician found a dirty flame sensor and addressed it on the spot, then tested the system to make sure everything was running properly before leaving. Clear explanation, efficient work, and a very reasonable service charge. I appreciated the fast response and professionalism.

It’s hard to give a definitive rating. The technician, Igor, couldn't identify the source of the first leak, though he did find a second one. There was some initial confusion regarding billing; the company tried to charge me for 1.5 hours of labor ($289 per hour) for the inspection, even though I was quoted a flat $89 dispatch fee. To his credit, Igor spoke with the office to ensure I was only charged the $89 fee as promised. He left for another job with the work unfinished, and I was told to call tomorrow to reschedule. I may need to pay another dispatch fee.

Had maintenance done on my air handler. Technician was efficient, and the issue was resolved in a short time. Very pleased with the service. I consider the price fair as I have paid more in the past for similar job.
