Shamrock Restoration and Rob Dodson did an outstanding job preparing my Condo for sale after a Buyer's Inspector located some mold spores on site. Rob and his team were punctual, great attitude, and in addition, very reasonable and competitive. His truck was so clean and organized it reminded me of the Military. This guy was prepared!!! Needless to say, when the Inspector re-tested the air in my Condo, it passed with flying colors. Case closed, condo sold. Had them come into my Home owner association at Tampa Bay Golf and Country and paint our mail box cluster at two locations and they did a super job.
