We recently bought a house that has a septic system and upon inspection (from a different company) we were told that the system was in "complete failure". We called the guys at Shamrock Septic just to have the system pumped while we waited for the other company to start the new system. Upon some digging and inspection Tyler, Chris and Scott were able to figure out that the main pipe had collapsed due to root growth and that they could fix the pipe and the hopefully the problem, saving us from having to purchase a whole new ($8,000-$10,000) system. They went above and beyond to help us, potentially saving us thousands of dollars on a new system. Being newbies to septic systems we appreciated their explanations and their knowledge. They came out later than they said they would and charged an exorbitant amount for only pumping one tank and didn’t bother cleaning the sludge out at the bottom. When we followed-up with them on this saying that we still had an issue, they not only ignored our texts but refused to come back out and said they do not do maintenance when they finally did respond. League City Septic is now coming out and pumping out our tank again as well as cleaning it for 1/3 the price that Shamrock charged us.

The guys did a great job replacing our broken septic tank lid. Also back flushed the clogged outlet pipe. System is now working great! Will be calling them again if needed.
