I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the tile work done in my son’s bathroom. The job was completely rushed, sloppy, and done with no attention to detail. Taylor and the other guy clearly just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible, and now we’re stuck with uneven tiles and a mess that needs to be fixed. What’s even worse is how they handled things afterward. Every time we reached out to Taylor, he promised he’d come back “next week” to fix the issues — and every single time, he never showed up. The last time we talked, he said, “I’ll be honest, we’re backed up, but I promise I’ll be out next week.” That was a lie. Since then, he’s completely ignored our calls and texts. Taylor did a great job on remodeling not 1, but 2, showers at our house! He was in constant communication from start to finish and always delivered on what he promised! Our bathrooms look A-MAZING!! Never came back to fix and do touch ups. They also stopped responding back. The steam system they installed stopped working and the steam placement is awful.
