Keith and the team at Shamrock did an awesome job fixing drainage issues we had on our property. The communication from the initial estimate all the way through completion of the project was excellent, and the crew left the job site immaculate! Extremely professional work. We had a full basement and drainage mitigation system installed by Shamrock. Keith, Andrew, Hunter, Miguel and the entire Shamrock team were great to work with across the board from estimates, to ideas/options, to the work itself. The crews were incredibly hard working, thorough and cleaned up beautifully. Our basement is now bone dry and we are confident in all drainage installed. During some recent storms I ended up with a flooded crawl space that was an absolute mess to clean and made me really nervous about water damage to the foundation of my home as well as mold. I spent weeks pouring through ideas of how to solve the problem - some DIY and some hardscape expert suggestions - many were eye wateringly expensive and didn't guarantee an adequate fix. I had Shamrock Waterproofing install an interior crawl space french drain and sump pump. For the drainage hole from the pump out to the yard they knocked a large hole below ground level in my foundation. This hole was very near the old french drain line. See pictures. I had to have a structural engineer come out and inspect it since cracks started to form in the foundation and inside walls near this corner. I know the cracks are new because I had fixed all prior cracks recently and hoped that solving moisture in the crawl space would prevent more cracks. Aside from the large hole in the founcation, they piled mounds of dirt in a circle around the HVAC ductwork, leaving a valley in the middle that collects condensation.
