Had a break in my PVC sewer line in the front yard. The Newtown sewer authority recommended S&L Construction to fix it. I called them and they came out to inspect the issue. They quoted the repair, and scheduled work the work all within 48 hours from the start of the issue. Price was very reasonable considering all the equipment and personnel needed to fix the pipe. Their team did amazing work, keeping me updated along the way. They even tamped, graded and seeded the area of my lawn where the work was done. 10/10 would recommend.

I had zero water in my house due to construction and extremely old pipes. They came out the same day and replaced the pipes needed for my water and within a few hours the issue was fixed. Very friendly and hard workers. I am extremely impressed and grateful for their help and quick services. I would definitely recommend this company!

John Shaltens came out to give me an estimate to run a 350 foot lateral from a soon to be decommissioned cesspool into the township sewer. There were a number of delays (Ida, Covid and then the State) but John stuck through it and his team finally installed the lateral 3 weeks ago. I cannot praise the Shanahan & Luff team enough. They were prompt, friendly and skilled. After hooking up the sewer and backfilling the trench the team came back and put topsoil down, seeded and then covered the seed with straw matting. After 3 weeks, except for the new clean out vents, it is becoming nearly impossible to see where the work took place. When the Shanahan & Luff team left there was not a scrap of material left onsite. You cannot go wrong using this team.

Can’t speak highly enough of the company - especially Sean and his crew! They switched us over from well to public water in a breeze! And even with the the digging and mess it was to complete the project, our yard looks immaculate! Can’t recommend them enough!
