My experience with my new roof was excellent. My roof damage was from hail damage. I did not have to pay anything. The roofing company associates were all kind, courteous, cleaned up very well, & took care of the outside of our home nicely.

SHANCO made an insurance claim for hail damage incredibly easy, coordinating our insurer, a claims adjuster and their installers to replace a damaged roof with an entirely new roof (the old roofing was removed down to the plywood) with a waterproof membrane underlay, ice & water barrier, ridge vents and copper flashing on the chimneys, and Grand Manor II shingles. The roof looks great - more like slate than asphalt! Go SHANCO and go delighted!

got a quote in Dec. 2025, we informed the rep that we were waiting for closing for the refinance mid Jan 2026 so we can pay in full. upon getting the funding it was very hard to get the sales rep back on the phone to inform them we wanted to move forward. when he finally came out he told us there was a price increase and it was several thousand dollars more than quoted. even through he promised he could still honor the quote. blamed everyone possible but his self for failing to keep his promise. the rep got very rude when I would not accept the higher cost and sign the contract. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HOME.

He also helped me through all the contract details , made sure to get my job lined up quickly,and checked in with me at my project's end,to make sure the job was perfect and that I was very pleased with how it looked. Especially if,like me,you are having your roof replaced using homeowners insurance, Shanco will send out a public adjuster! You never have to deal with your insurance alone. The roofers also did a superb job of leaving my property clean and my driveway and yard nail free.

Travis, Nate and Alex's crew have been fabulous for my garage roof replacement from beginning to end! We desperately needed a new roof and Shanco delivered! The shingles match my existing house roof, the install took less than a full day and everyone was timely and they worked hard. Value was great and I'm planning on using Shanco for my siding and hopefully new gutter install. Thanks!
