Great team! Repaired our hvac and added a uv light. Kaitlyn setup our appointments, Cody, Jack, Steven and Hunter did great work. Polite, courteous and efficient. They explained everything so we could understand our hvac system better. Honest and reasonable prices. Very professional, payment processing was easy, invoices all through email and great communication. I will definitely be sticking with this company for any future hvac service needs.

Fast and reliable service from the initial call with Michelle in the office, to the quick arrival of the service tech , Jack Cooper. He was awesome! He diagnosed the issue and performed only the needed fix. No high pressure sales tactics or upcharges.

Shane came to the rescue and replaced our bad, horrible-to-own Goodman system. He showed up with a crew of professionals and got our house up and running in hours. I highly recommend them. They are super professional, honest, and always seek the customers' best interests.

Shane's is definitely the "GO TO" AC Repair business in Auburndale!! They have emergency service with an on call technician that can be dispatched to you for emergency repairs same day! The office staff are excellent, they took my information, listened to my concerns, explained their policies in detail and dispatched a qualified technician to our store the same day! Jordan, the service repair tech showed up within an hour, diagnosed the issue, discussed repair options and delivered an estimate quickly! He was professional, courteous, and helpful. He repaired the cooler unit and had us back up and running in no time!!! Shane's is the total package!!! The staff are awesome, and the service was exceptional!!! Shane’s Air & Conditioning was quick, great communication, and did an amazing job with the maintenance on my mini split units. They installed 4 of them about 4 years ago and still around to service them, which shows their dedication to the heating and cooling industry.
