Shank Door

I hired Shank to replace my broken garage door opener. There was a mishap today with installation as I took the day off to be here and was inadvertently not on their schedule. I called and spoke to the sales manger named Amos and he worked hard to get someone to say yes to installing on a Friday afternoon, and upgraded the opener for me due to the scheduling mistake. The two who installed were polite and professional, and I am relieved not to have to take another day off work. This was really great customer service!

I had a great experience using Shank! They answered all of my questions over the phone and were able to get out to my house within a few days. Tim was excellent, very professional and worked quickly. He went above and beyond- paired both of my garage doors with my car, something I have no idea how to do, so he really saved me a lot of time. I’d absolutely recommend them!

We used Shank Door to purchase and install new garage doors for our home. Jim was very helpful in aiding us in our selection of doors and in placing the order. Tim and Ryan installed a new French door to replace a sliding patio door. The work they did was awesome and the new door looks outstanding! They were on time arriving, very personable and professional, and did a great clean up when the project was complete. My new garage doors were installed today and they look and work great . Nolan did the install and did an excellent job. He moved through the job effortlessly and explained some of the ( minor ) adjustments he made to fit my doors properly . These doors are a big improvement to accent my garage .
