Best price and service! We love the installation quality, easy of ordering, promptness, and quality of the carpet. We got 2 other bids and Shans beat the other two by hundreds of dollars.

I really wanted to give Shans a great review... I had them replace the carpet in the majority of my house. The carpet quality is fantastic, selection was great, and the guys on the store were really nice at point of sale. After that, it all went downhill. The delivery to the warehouse took quite a while. Communication between showroom and warehouse wasn't the greatest. The worst part was the install though. The seam between the two pieces of carpet looks terrible. They came out again and said it's basically the best they can do and it still looked bad. To this day, I'm still finding things they hid and signs of poor install.
