I had an amazing experience. A technician named Sid (I called him Sid the Kid) came and fixed me up really quick. I’m pretty sure any place will give you a good price or do quick work. But Sid the Kid is gonna be the reason I keep Shapiro & Duncan in my phone for the first company I call. They fixed my AC unit quick and we had really good conversation.

I had to take time out of my day to come and leave a review for my guy Sid. Each and every time I reach out to Sid, he is not only VERY responsive, but he is also VERY reliable. I honestly couldn’t imagine not having him and Gus as our techs… I honestly don’t know how we managed to make it without them in the first place.
