I hired Patrick and he has done such an amazing job with communication being on time and explaining to me the process and how things go and every time there is a wait for supplies he tells me what’s going on, so I’m not getting upset or confused. he remodeled my kitchen my bathroom and the master bedroom they all look absolutely amazing. The work is impeccable. I would definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family as Pat did an amazing job from beginning to end.

Sharp Development of SWFL seems like a decent contractor at first; until they’re not! We were generally very pleased with the progress and quality of their work. They completed 90% of the contracted work and then disappeared. No explanation and would not return multiple calls, texts, or emails. We held back funds for punch-list items but I guess he didn’t need the money. Which is interesting seeing how I received multiple phone calls from our countertop vendor that we (the customer) owed money for our countertop even though it was included in the contracted price with Sharp Development. We demonstrated to the vendor we were not responsible for his outstanding invoice. Dustin and Mike installed a shiplap ceiling in my outside entryway. They were professional and had a competitive rate. The entryway looks beautiful and above my expectations. I will definitely hire them for future work!
