Sharp Drain Solutions

I have a new water softener system installed and they did a fantastic job. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me an appointment for Monday afternoon. They were very kind and considerate and able to answer all my questions (even ones not regarding the softener).

Had them come out to my home and check out my broken disposal. They offered a new one with a 7 year warranty. It’s been working great. They were friendly, professional, and straightforward. Will definitely call them next time for my plumbing needs!

Called Saturday 1/24 on their emergency line for a frozen rental property. They called back & assured us that we were added to their schedule for Sunday, 1/25. They didn’t show Sunday, absolutely 0 communication. Will not be adding them to our vendor list for our portfolio. Very unprofessional -

I call them needing help for my house because I had no water pressure. They came in the next day gave me an estimate. Then started work the next day after that everything's working perfectly. Great job you guys I woul the recommend you to anybody.

Both of my bathrooms unexpectedly overflowed. I called sharp and they came within 45 minutes. Unfortunately, my pipes were plugged and they spent over 2 hours to clean them out. Costel was very helpful and I felt very happy with the price. I would definitely call them again!
