Terrible experience with them. Came out to check our furnace, bypassed a switch to tell us that our heater is burned out and that’s it. All of that for over $100. They asked if we wanted quotes for a furnace and we said yes. We got a bill in the mail but still haven’t gotten the quotes. Check somebody else out.

I just wanted to share praise upon this company and the fellow Steve Vessel, that came to help me with connecting a gas range. I deal with the public in my occupation and by doing so, I recognize those that go above and beyond. These people are the true team players and they are the success of a company. In leau of just stopping in to purchase a required flapper for a Gerber toilet I called in to see if they had the flapper in their inventory. The office personnel was very efficient, kept me on the line while he visually check his inventory and brought the flapper to the service counter for me to pickup. My only concern was that he went to another room to use my credit card for payment and print a receipt.
