This is a fantastic company. When I call to schedule deliveries I always get to talk to Lindsey and she’s nothing short of kind, friendly and professional all at once. I love getting my kerosene and propane from here . They always deliver on time and just surprised me today with an earlier delivery right before Christmas because I was low on kerosene. What a fantastic company with 10/10 service!!! Definitely worth coming to this company. As long as I reside in Pepperell and reside living in this area I’ll be coming to this company always !

This company did what 3 other companies would not and could not. Got my old heater going again. I called several others and I think I heard just about every excuse in the book. We all know it when we hear it. In December after chasing other options I finally found a full service company to take on the big task. This one. They did fantastic. We collaboratively came up with a plan to resurrect the old system. They were positive the whole time. They responded quickly and was able to line up very skillful workers. Some bumps in the road later, as old unresolved issues arise. Again they quickly lined up workers with my added requests. Old quirky issues worked on. Have used them for over a decade, always courteous and friendly, top notch work on my furnace, office staff always super friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Beware they take cash away from your pre-purchase if you don't use it so read the fine print and don't agree to it. It seems managment decisions rests on one person's shoulder and he is not client friendly. Have not used them again.
