David arrived right on time and delivered outstanding service from start to finish. He removed our old water heater quickly and installed the new one with impressive efficiency. The entire job was completed within just a few hours. He also took the time to explain how to use the new unit properly and walked us through the exterior controls. Shaw Plumbing was an amazing company. I had a water problem, and within three hours a plumber was at my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and able to make a temporary fix. The next day the permanent fix (much more convenient for me than the original situation for this old semi-mobile woman!) was completed.
