Edited/Updated FEBRUARY 2026. Again, we give Shaws another 5 Star review for the total HVAC replacement job just completed. After trying to limp along with a 21-year old heat pump, we decided to replace the old system with a new, 2 cycle Bryant. The installation went smoothly and the technicians were experts. Mr. Shaw himself worked alongside his team in a tiny, miserable crawl space under my home on a 22 degree day.The work was done quickly and cleanly and completed same day. The price was fair. I cannot express how much gratitude we have for this company! When a crisis happened, Shaws was there PROMPTLY to fix it! A main water line running into our business had busted, it was the week going into Memorial Day weekend, and we were panicked. Shaws was out within 10 hours of our emergency call and had a full team on site by 8am. They worked diligently and efficiently to find the source and fix the issue. We cannot thank them enough for their efforts!!

Shaw's is the first place to turn to in our area. They are longtime Mid-Shore residents and business people. I recently used them to fix a heating/cooling issue and they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Ben is great!
