Shaw's Home Comfort

I avail the duct & vent cleaning , wheel blower cleaning and the Evap Coil cleaning today. Bill and Zack is our technician it went really well today. They explain everything and discuss some concerns in what they access on our unit. they’ve done a great service. I super highly recommended Shaw’s Home Comfort and their technicians! I’ve had the opportunity to use Shaw’s Home Comfort several times over the past few years. They have always responded promptly and professionally to my requests for service. They accurately diagnosed and explained whatever problems I was having at the time with my evap cooler and proceeded with repairs promptly after I authorized them> Daniel B performed my service today, replacing a motor that had burned out after 5 years of hard service. He, and Shaw’s overall, saw to it that there was no delay in getting the necessary replacement and in getting it installed. Daniel has been my service rep a number of times in the past and is reliable, thorough and extremely proficient. He is respectful of home privacy as well as courteous and friendly. Shaw's came to the rescue again! We had an issue with our AC unit and we were given an appointment same day! Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what the issue was with great detail and included photos! Something we never got from other companies. We decided to join their Penguin Priority Club because we know we'll be taken care of by Shaw's for our air conditioning/ heating needs and preventive care all year around. 5 star service from this family operated company. Shaw's is great to work with. They have very experienced employees that know how to get a job done properly! They are quick to respond to any problem: plumbing, electrical and of course heating and cooling. We love them!

Shaw's Home Comfort has the best plumbers ! Erik was here for hours and never quit with a problem that was so frustrating I was giving up just watching him but he fixed the plumbing and our kitchen faucet plus a disposal!!! Thank You Erik he is amazing....
