Scott and his crew put in an HVAC in my house 5 years ago and it's been issue free after the recent heatwave my compressor went out and I contacted Scott about the issue he responded to me at 9:00 p.m. at night and told me he would try to get somebody there first thing in the morning to look at the issue. True to his word they were out at my house at 6:30 in the morning and looked over the unit and discover that the compressor was not functioning properly. They promptly ordered a new compressor and a day later contacted me and asked if they could come out and install the new one and I said certainly. They fixed the problem and my unit is operating perfectly now I could not ask for better customer service especially after the time frame of 5 years after the unit was originally installed th

I’ve had two leaks since the installations been done. Also, one of the units isn’t working properly and they told me they get it fixed. It’s been seven months now the owner Scott told me he’d be out to fix it doesn’t answer. No shows definitely shouldn’t have. went with this company For the mini split system install

Scott and his crew came out to our home we purchased to install mini splits for ac and heat. Scott was very responsive to all my questions and phone calls. They did an excellent job on the system installation. Very fair pricing. Excellent warranty one there work and systems. Highly recommend there services to all.

damaged the entrance to my attic. not that big of a deal. it's the company's lack of showing up and never following up. I have a 5yr warranty on this system and it's grinding after almost 3 years. so now I have to pay out of pocket because of no-call no shows. it's unfortunate he has employee issues (as stated by them), but you can't keep the business afloat, throw in the towel and stop leading customers on by saying they can do the work.
