Stopped by shearer today. Went and spoke with BO. Absolutely killed it took care of us and all. Made us feel like family 100% recommend fo y’all to come see Bo!
They really shaky. Called about a part and they don't even know what it is. A simple part of the heating circuit and I've been waiting for days with no callback in middle of a cold front with record lows of temps in the mid to low teens. Just ridiculous.
We always get great customer service here and the staff as well as the branch manager are always going above and beyond in helping our company day to day.
