I was told that my carport would be delivered in 2-3 weeks. They contacted me at 4 weeks and said they couldn't do it as scheduled because they forgot a part of the carport. They unloaded it at the Dealer. It's been 5 weeks now. Yesterday, I contacted the dealer and he said he would, call the people that are responsible for installing in carport, and have them call me right back. Well, it's the following day, Friday and they still haven't called me to schedule this. I understand that problems can arise that can change schedules but there is no excuse for ignoring me and trying to take care of this. I will not buy from these people again. I bought a shed from here about a year ago. Everytging went smoothly. Delivery went well. Good selection, easy payment options. Will use them again.

Their sheds are priced good and they treat you like people. Delivery guys make sure the shed is set how you want it. I bought one from them and one of my trees decided to kill it so I am in the process of buying another one from them.
