Great Father (Ken), Son (Brian), and family team. Very professional, timely service, high IQ with well, pump and water filtration treatment. They installed water treatment equipment at my residence in spring of 2022, and have serviced the equipment to this date. Never a problem, very reliable equipment installed. I highly recommend anyone with well or water problems to give them a call. They are straight shooters and their advice is spot on!

After losing my well company to the owner's well-deserved retirement, i was doing my due diligence securing someone new. I tend to be particular with who I hire; I only hire companies where the principal does the work. After cycling through a couple, I reached out to Sheffield's. I am delighted that I did. Ken came out with his son, did a maintenance service, and spoke at length to me about my system. They were punctual, communicated well, and were very personable. Though they are in Bronson and Alachua is a bit out of the way for them, they will be my company going forward. Highly recommended
