Shelby Underground

So happy with this company. We discovered water in my basement on Sunday. We could see a pipe coming from outside was the source. I called Shelby Underground because they did some work for a neighbor who was very satisfied.. I called Sunday early afternoon, received a call back shortly after from Justin. He was finishing a job and said he could stop by on his way home. Justin was prompt, knowledgeable, and affordable. He showed up Monday morning , he had arranged for DPW and Miss digg to be there. They completed the installation of a new water line, had everything working, and the site clean up by 2 o’clock that afternoon. What could have been a major issue was only a slight inconvenience. 5Star for sure!

They were rude and left trash in my yard when they were done for me to clean up - plastic bottles and plastic bags.

Can't keep good on their part in a contract to send paperwork. Pathetic company, inconsiderate, and untimely
