Shelley Pump & Well Services

A man from Shelley pump and well service came out to look at the issue with my well pump the same day I called and he told me they don’t take debit or credit cards once he got here so I went to an atm and gave him the $180 he told me it would cost to add air into my pump. He was finished working on it within 30 minutes. Within a few days after he worked on my pump I noticed a lot of water spraying out of the pipe in the well house…I’m not sure if it happened right after he worked on it or not, it just took a few days for me to notice the water spraying out of the pipe. I decided not to call Shelley’s back about the new issue. He gave me no receipt or anything pertaining to the service, not even sure he told me his name.

Extremely pleased with the prompt service, follow-through and honesty of Shelley Plumbing. Had no water, started calling around and most companies weren't even answering...not only did we get a answer, when he said he could be at my home in about an hour, he was there and we had water flowing again in no time! We needed documentation of the repair and receipt that he promised that he would send via email and he did! Will be using this company for any future well issues, hopefully none, but atleast we have someone dependable if needed.

We lost our water on Sunday and a neighbor recommended Mr. Shelley. We called him at 8 am Monday and he was here early and done before 10:30 am. Luckily he had the parts needed in his truck. I’m very pleased with the cost! He was friendly and quick. Definitely recommend him.

So we called this company yesterday he came out said he could come back today and clean our pump to get it back up and running until we can afford to purchase another pump. He returned today and as he was taking it apart so he could clean it he broke two bolts and said well now you have to buy another pump when you get a new one call me and left. I wouldn’t recommend him to anybody as he was very unprofessional you don’t just break someone stuff then not try to work something out and leave them worse off then they were before you arrived. Now we are short the money it cost him to come out as well as a broken pump that only needed to be unclogged.I would of given a zero stars if I could have

After reading the reviews good and bad and calling several well companies with no return calls for weeks I contacted this company and he came out within a few days and discussed the project ( a new well and sprinkler system) I decided he was the one. He has just completed the project today and I am very pleased. He explained everything along the way and how the system works. He does not accept credit cards and while I like to use a card to earn airlines miles that was not a deal breaker for me. His costs was reasonable considering the phone quotes that I received from other companies. He worked very hard for many days and seeing this on a daily basis, I understand fair costs.
