Fantastic Company! Honest, friendly, and professional! Great Price! I've used Shelley's for the past few years. I won't use anyone else. They literally have saved my last couple of Holiday family events. Thanksgiving 2 years ago, and this Christmas. I am beyond grateful for Melissa in the office, and the crew who came out, for being able to come out last minute and give my septic a pump out. Thank you all! Merry Christmas!!!

I had previously used Shelley's to drain my home septic tanks and had very good experiences. I recently engaged them for a commercial septic tank abandonment project and it went great! Jay was very reasonable to work with and his team of experts handled every aspect of the job with precision. Henry operates a bull dozer like a well trained surgeon!

Absolutely love Shelley’s Septic! Called about an overflowing septic tank, and Donavan was out here within the hour. Super kind, explained everything, and even showed me inside the tank of a potential problem down the road. This is our 2nd time using them for a pump and will continue to do so. Great service, great employees!

Update: actually the pipe had an upturn that had been previously cut poorly so it clogged again. Another company came out and fixed the clog, but also sawed it off smoothly so it wouldn't occur again. That was a better solution and it would have been nice if that had been done the first time. I did call to discuss and was given excuses, "they don't have tools on their trucks". If that's true, they could have mentioned that it needed to be done to prevent further issues ... They came same day and we're on time. Will and Aaron did a great job and quickly solved my septic backup issues!

Fantastic service! Not enough stars to reflect their service. I closed on a home in Mt Dora but had to immediately return out-of-state to complete the prep and sale of a house there. I called a very friendly and accomodating Shelley's and set up the appointment for a tank pump-out. On the day of the app't, even though I was still out-of-state, Mike called to let me know he was en route. Once he arrived at my house he had some difficulty locating the tank, as the previous owner had let the tank lid become overgrown. He spent over well 30 minutes in the broiling sun methodically probing around, finally located the tank and then getting it pumped out. All the while he kept me informed and let me know exactly where the tank is. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! 👌👍👌👍👌👍 Highly recommend Shelley's as they
