Shelly Materials, Inc. - Lanacster Facility

The person who answers the phone at the Lancaster Shelly company needs some serious training on her customer service skills. If it wasn’t for the delivery driver being amazing, because of her, I would have given 1 star and even that would be generous. She misquoted me by failing to tell me about taxes and delivery fee which is obviously a given but she said total price. Also when I called to discuss that, her response was “sorry” and then hung up on me. I will never recommend this company to my friends and neighbors who have already asked me where I got my gravel. But the driver did exactly what I wanted and was so nice and polite. Even apologized for the rude behavior of the receptionist. Shame on you!

I just want to give the team working on Billiter Blvd in Columbus some kudos!!! I was worried about this project starting because I work 3rd shift and my house is right on the corner and so far they have been so quiet when working! I really appreciate that! I barely hear them out there.. maybe 1 or 2 trucks hauling are extra loud but for the most part, this project has been completely bearable!!

Guys in the plant are great. Asphalt was hot and easy to work with.

I was never here.. but my lord and master the all powerful all knowing Google asked me to rate it... they've never hurt me so five stars!! My ex girlfriend...one... only because she was nice at first.

Great truck driver who delivered my gravel for me .He spread it down my driveway just like I wanted it and dumped the rest right where I wanted it. GREAT JOB
