I had a wonderful experience with Shelter Construction this past Aug. Sales specialist Troy Miller was very helpful in working with what I needed and my Travelers Insurance company. He has a strong commitment to keeping his customer updated with phone calls and texts. My concern about having my room replaced during the summer growing season was potential damage to my extensive garden and foundation plantings. They have a super system to protect all of that! I was so pleased that the crew was able to finish in one day and the cleanup was excellent. Thanks Troy. I would not hesitate to recommend him and the Shelter Construction.

We worked with Troy Miller and Shelter Construction, LLC after a big hail storm that hit Big Lake in July 2024. Troy was a great communicator and got the ball rolling right away. Our roof and shed roof were finished within 6-8 hours, and the clean up was great. When my car was blocked into our garage by the industrial garage bin, Troy was able to get ahold of the workers, and they removed it quickly. They did a great job with our gutters as well. Troy connected us with a garage door company that were also great to work with. Troy Miller was always available for my husband and I, and we really enjoyed working with him! But also replacing decking that needed it, hooking up vents that were not installed correctly previously and even organizing insulation to be installed too! You will see some nice before and afters!
