Made me a key within minutes, price was excellent lower than others

The other two key making places in town were either broke down or out on a call and it's just before 5 pm. When I called the last place, while parked next to his service van, the owner of this business said he "was too busy to make a key for me". A highly ☹️ disappointing experience for me when I was in trouble and desperately needed a key made.

The number doesn't work. They are part of Ultimate Towing, but not the same. Ultimate cannot transfer your call. They were not present so I couldn't get a key made. I will have to stop by, hit or miss till I catch them. They are the only place that does laser cut (Kia) keys in Mount Airy. I hope to be able to improve this review later...

Service was above and beyond what I expected, prompt, friendly and professional. I will definitely use their service again if needed.
