Had a great experience with Shelton Plumbing Co. I called Mr. Williams to see if he had time this week or next to look at our kitchen sink, and he arrived within 30 minutes. I wouldn't recommend Shelton Plumbing Company. I was charged $375 for a hot water heater to be removed and $150 for a shut off valve to be installed. I feel like the prices were fair, if he had done the job properly without leaving me with a leaking hot water line that he rigged and didn't cap off. He said it was our fault because we turned on the hot water line, which we never told him we did. He doesn't take accountability for his poor workmanship. The water hose he brought to drain my hot water heater had a hole in it. He also got and attitude when I asked if he had shoe covers to wear in the house so he wouldn't get red clay soil on the carpet. He got water all over my bathroom floor when he began draining the hot water heater and used one of my personal towels without permission to ge
