Shelton & Sons Lawn Care and Snow Removal

Called Taylor came out did quote and started in a few days. It looks like a picture out of a landscaping magazine. They did my ditch which is a big pain. They weedeated my flower bed. Trimmed a Japanese maple and redid mulch. It is absolutely beautiful. The price was very reasonable and I am going to have ditch done monthly during the summer and Taylor to do the flower bed sprucing up yearly. They are the best workers you will ask for. I could not be happier.

A neighbor recommended Shelton & Son's before the January snow event. I needed partial driveway clearing at SPECIFIC TIMES so I could get to and from work. Because of their exceptional customer service, I was the only person, that made it to work, coming from home. After the snow stopped falling, they came back and did everything else for me. Fantastic job, great communication and I am ever so grateful they were willing and able to work with a specific schedule during the worst of the weather.

You were scheduled to plow my driveway Thursday with instructions to call if you would come earlier but did not receive a call. I was home to direct where the driveway was. There was no time taken to find where exactly the driveway was. When I arrived home it looked like a friend came and did there best only to find it was your experienced snow plow business. When I called to convey my concerns and ended with “send your address to pay my bill” I was hung up on. The bill was send and I mailed in payment..,

So thankful for the service we got today. Was so polite and listen to my needs and even made a second trip to make sure it was right. Thank you so much for putting up with this old lady. The price was worth it and I hope to use them again.

Very please with work performed for fall season maintenance. Kept me abreast of arrival time as to fit my schedule. Job was competed in a timely manner. Also made a point to contact me inquiring if job was done to my satisfaction. I plan to reschedule next spring of yard projects with this company based on workmanship, professionalism, job performance along with the added concern of my satisfaction.
