Chris did an awesome job on my garage. He went all out and skim coated all the seams before applying primer/paint. Definitely makes the garage feel like a man cave now. I highly recommend Sheppard's!

Chris sanded and painted our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I wish we would’ve done this sooner. It looks like a whole new kitchen. We are very happy with the work. I would recommend.

This has been the nightmare contractor experience everyone dreads. We hired Chris to redo our roof and gutters, paint the house, and fix a few screens after hail damage. I wish I had paid attention to the warning signs - often had to call multiple times to get a call back, he ignored emails for weeks, and would show up 3 hours later than he said and sometimes not at all, with no communication. After we paid an upfront deposit for the work, it became even more difficult to get a response. I had to call multiple times a day to finally get a crew out to paint. The house was painted, but the crew left tools and nails (literally dozens) all over our yard and driveway. They found multiple issues that Chris said he would address and never did. I was pleased with Sheppard's-- they were good to work with, making them one of the few positive experiences with contractors I've had among the many. They applied care to the job even though I was on a tight budget--lots of times contractors will decide that you don't care about your house if you're on a budget and file it under "you want to cheap out" so they can do a bad job freely. There were absolutely no red flags during the whole project and communication, which can't be said for the competition. Chris is inspection-minded and knowledgeable, and brought other issues to my attention, doing the extra job of ensuring attic ventilation that was missing, though it was just a siding and painting job. I wish these reviews could go into the negatives. DO NOT work with this company. They repaired our roof in 2017. In doing so they did a terrible job with the siding. We finally noticed and spent....4 months trying to contact them to come out for a repair quote for the insurance company. Finally, they came out in November; took a look and said they would be there to repair it the following week. Then they just disappeared. We spent months trying to contact them again because now squirrels were getting into our attic. Nothing back. Texts, voicemails, calls. Everything. We were desperate.
