Sheraton Denver Downtown - Garage Parking

I called to receive information about my parking violation and the operator Dan ended up swearing profanities at me. They dealt with my call in a highly unprofessional manner when I just wanted to know about my violation. If I could give this less than 1 star I would.

Horrible website. Maybe they would accept in-person appointments for immediately required parking permits upon moving here if it was actually possible to complete the application digitally. Essentially, we are screwed because these people are essentially non-operational.

Michael was exceptionally kind and helpful, very thankful for the positive interaction with the parking magistrates office!
