Marketing on their website points to using an app called Flowbird. I got it paid, followed the instructions, and the QR code was not working at this garage. The worker suggested I had to pay them $10 cash and appeal to Flowbird get the money back. I did not buy that and waited for someone to be called who could just let me in. Sorry to all those waiting behind me.

Bought parking tickets, it didn't take them digitally with the QR code so we had to buy another ticket for parking...the garage looks like it's falling apart from construction tape...don't park here

Learned you cant park a Ram 1500 here but Im sure its nice.

Used in November 2024. Spouse was baited to buy parking in advance by predatory practice -- listed parking spots as if "only 1 spot was available" a few hours prior to a concert. Lie! I was Charged $45. Then, the QR reader would not accept the QR code so I ended up having to pay $8 at exit. The machine did not give me a receipt so i could request a refund later. In addition, the garage is old/dark & sketchy; it is a far walk to events, games and concerts at PayCom. Too late for me, SAVE YOURSELF, You don't need this headache.

Never written a review on Google about anything but the experience I had was so bad I felt I needed to. Purchased a parking pass ahead of time and when it came time to use it, the scanner did not work for anyone trying to use it. There was no attendant so we were all stuck. Had to loop back around and got stuck for another half hour at 11:30 at night. Will never be parking here again.
