Tracy in the office has some of the least qualified customer service skills. I would love for her to have a face to face discussion with me the way she spoke over the phone. Will be terminating any contract I have with this company due to THEIR lack of communication and professionalism. DECENCY IS FREE. especially when you're looking for accountability on a huge company's end when you as the customer did nothing wrong but are still being punished!!!! My family lawyers will be in contact.

We just had the most amazing experience with Sherman Oil and Gas. Our tech was Chad Williams and he really knows his stuff! I recently moved back to Sussex County and bought an older home with a VERY old furnace. This kid knew exactly what to do to service a furnace that is probably more than twice his age! He also took the time to explain to me how it worked, the history of the unit and how to use it properly to lengthen the life of our ancient but super cool furnace.

The absolute worst. They have higher prices than nearly everyone, and they keep jacking up their minimum service calls (now over $700 to get a minimum amount of propane in your tank), and God forbid you ever run your tank dry. They will hold you hostage with emergency fees and other random fees that will cost as much as your mortgage payment. Absolute ripoffs and shitty attitudes to boot
