Guy was great! I found him via Google and at first my Buyer's agent AND the listing agent balked at a 4hr inspection however I can tell you, ignore them, this guy is looking out for your interests (agents only get paid when a deal gets done). I just had Sherman Home Inspections do a home inspection on a manufactured (mobile) home in Oak Point in Middleboro, MA. My 80 yo mother intends to move there and I needed to make sure any issues and safety concerns were identified. Guy did just that... he is clearly knowledgeable about these types of homes. He spent over 4 hours going through every nook and cranny and identified many issues that we will get resolved before signing the P&S. He also educated me along the way. Guy was amazing, he spent almost 6 hours going over every inch of the house. I myself have been in the building trade for over 40 years, and he found things that even I missed.
