Just finished a master bath Reno with Sherman Interiors (Mario P). They truly did an amazing job with very fair prices. I would recommend them without hesitation and will use them again for future construction.

Mistakes happen. Some contractors ignore them or make excuses. Chad and his crew made a mistake. They made no excuses. They took full responsibility. They fixed the mistake and made sure we were happy with the finished product. Communication with them was also first rate. We always knew who was coming to our house - date and time. If someone was running late - we’d get a call or a text. I’ll go out of my way to hire them again. Quality work. Quality people. Highly recommended.

Sherman Interiors is phenomenal!!! From start to finish, the entire staff was incredibly helpful and professional. We renovated our entire house - 4.5 bathrooms, carpeted our bedrooms, our wet bar/basement area, and our kitchen were the areas that Sherman helped us with. Chad Crawford demonstrated excellent knowledge of materials and how they would be best cut and set. His attention to detail was impeccable! The tile setters were second to none!!! Their skilled hands fit in tight spaces that I didn’t think were possible!!! When our brick that we had chosen for our basement wasn’t available due to Covid delays/shortages - and I showed up to Sherman on a day that Mr. Crawford was out on an install, Tony Sherman stepped in and helped us choose the perfect replacement! I recently had the unfortunate experience of witnessing an employee from this company engage in a completely unprofessional and hostile confrontation over a parking issue. A woman had parked in the lot, which I understand is private property, but instead of addressing the situation calmly, the employee began screaming at her in a way that was loud, aggressive, and frankly, shocking. I don’t care how the woman who was parking in their lot responded, that does not need to be met back with rude behavior from an employee. The situation quickly escalated as the employee continued to yell, using profanity and creating a very uncomfortable scene. This company has been around for a long time but its individual crews have not been. The crew we had made enough errors to make my experience less than enjoyable. I felt I had to baby sit each sub and they still screwed up in a lot of ways. Walls are never flat or plumb, but they did nothing to offer to fix them except where the new wall tile forced them to. Floors are never level, but the leveling should not raise your floor 1 1/2 inches above the subfloor especially since it wasn't than way before they started. The tile guy apparently likes to lay slivers of tile despite repeated requests not to. The painters enjoyed painting the backs of light fixtures and getting paint in the grout on the newly laid floor and making a general mess everywhere. The plumber almost left for the day becau
