I received excellent service from Sherman Smith. Jack, the owner, responded personally on a Friday evening when my heat was out and got me up and running. Unfortunately my equipment was pretty old and needed to be replaced. The job took a day and a half to be completed, which was a little less than estimated. The guys made a big effort to keep the mess contained and put down adhesive plastic to protect the wood floors. When they finished it looked like they hadn’t been here. I highly recommend this business.

We have used Sherman Smith for years. Living in a home originally built in the 1870’s has its problems to be sure. These folks respond quickly, are reliable, and do great work. I highly recommend them for your home as well!

The Sherman Smith team did a great job getting our new AC system installed and running. They worked with Trane to find a way for us to keep the existing furnace and save a lot of money. They conducted themselves in a professional manner, arrived when they said they would and delivered all they committed. I’ll continue to use them for all my HVAC needs!

Very happy we chose to go with Sherman Smith for our new Central Air unit. Jack was able to work with us to get the system we needed at a price we could manage. The guys worked hard (harder than they probably expected due to my house’s framing) but they got it done.
