I work in property management. I really enjoyed our relationship at first. Until today when I found out the hard way that this company's policy's change as quickly as Arkansas weather. They always helped us until they decide not to. We have a construction group where we get flooring from when it's available. They always scheduled their installers to install their product or our product for months and months we enjoyed the relationship. Yesterday, when we have a move in scheduled for Thursday, they told us they will only install a Sherwin Williams product. The problem is, they communicated this with us only after it was too late to schedule another company to come out to install. Now we are going to have a failed move in due to lack of communication and Sherwin Williams policies that
