Closed. Let me add a bit to this. Drove for an hour. Arrived about 7:40am. Posted hours said open at 6:30 am. Showroom lights off, but light was coming through a partially open office door. Loud knocking on the door received no response. Got in the car to leave, posted review. Looked up and called phone number and heard "I'm the only one here today, im going to put you on hold." After a short conversation, the door was unlocked and able to view the flooring.
Door was left locked during business hours, but a phone call got the lone employee to let us in and help out with material and selection. Very helpful in choosing my next flooring.
Been dealing with this company’s installs commercially and now for a personal residence for the last 3 years now. Beyond disappointed each and every time. I understand it’s hard to find quality/sober help these days to do this kind of work, but I’m beyond done with wavy carpeting and vinyl flooring that isn’t even glued down. Absolute crackhead quality finish install. Atleast they got the master bedroom carpets right 👌 Update, they looked even worse the next morning. 🤡
