Wouldn't even give them minus 5. This place is appalling. My building hired them to replace the flooring after a major flood. While my property managers are great, this place and their saleswoman come off as insane. Their team threw everything that wasn't nailed down in massive piles in either side of our apartment and their carelessness snapped the leg off of a $1300 motorized bed base, among a number of other damaged items. Our property managers contacted them for assistance, and they instantly deflected - citing photos from their team as "proof" that they aren't liable. These photos, of course, are intentionally vague and seem to be taken explicitly to obscure how plainly at-fault they appear.
