Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

Kind of a disappointing experience. There was a manager (might’ve been some worker) standing in the back near the paint. I said hello but he didn’t come out, and some guy was texting in a chair. Nice selection though.

I can’t thank everyone at Shermin-William enough! Especially Alan, who has helped me so much with repainting my new business and changing my mind on the paint that I selected many times. Everyone is always so friendly, fast and helpful when it comes to picking up supplies or choosing color. I drive the extra 15 minutes because I know here I will always get taken care of. Thank you guys!

This is the only place I get paint from. We use Shermin-Williams everywhere. My salon, home and all jobs my husband has done it never lets us down. I can’t tank enough everyone who works here also. It is very hard for me to choose paint, but thanks to everyone at the store they make it less stressful. Everyone has been very understanding, helpful and patient when I can’t make my mind on a color. As a business owner I know how frustrating that can be. Thank you guys for all your help and support. The paint itself is great quality I always get Emerald and in my Salon it hasnt changed in 3 years. If there’s any dirty spots, I just wiped them off and it’s like brand new. Ive tried all different brands but Shermin is always top quality.

Great selection of paint for different application. Long hours and knowledgeable staff. The parking is small indeed, but fortunately this not Walmart.

This Sherwin-Williams location is extremely poorly managed. Despite calling twice in advance to confirm my paint base would be ready for pickup, they failed to have it available, forcing me to waste time driving to the Palatine location instead. The only employee there was unhelpful and lacked product knowledge—completely incompetent service.
