Derek came to clean the carpet in our house we had just purchased back in August. The machine he was using was new and had some issues and he wasn't able to complete the job at that time with his equipment. He knew we had to move our belongings in the next day and was kind enough to call someone else to use their equipment to finish the job. He went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much! Shetler's has been cleaning our rental homes carpets for years. They do a great job and the price is always very fair! If anyone asks us for a company to do their carpets in the thumb, we recommend them hands down.

Our carpets were quite soiled with several stubborn spots that we hadn't been able to remove. Now they are very clean --and no spots. Shetler's also cleaned several chairs while they were here and did the same excellent job. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
