Great experience, from sales, to installation, to the main office, the Shield Exteriors Team was very knowledgeable and efficient. Even with ice removal, Shield's crew accomplished installation in 1.5 days, and the installers were professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the results and would greatly recommend Shield Exterior!
The crew arrived at the time I was told; they were courteous and kept me informed of their progress throughout the day. I was nervous about a metal roof having previously been told that I will hear every raindrop and have bad internet and phone reception. I have not experienced an issue with either. Matter fact seems i hear less of the rain on the roof plus already feels like it is warmer in the house with the prior roof as more insulation. The roof looks great, and we are very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend a metal roof as well as this company. We got a great deal and the fact that it is lifetime guaranteed is a huge plus. Tonya is so helpful with the contracts and all that entails. She is such an asset to the company and answers all your questions. She is wonderful. The crew arrived early and introduced themselves, then went straight to work. When the job was done, they cleaned everything up. They were friendly and answered any questions we had.
