I give Shield Roofing 2 thumbs up. I called the company for an estimate need and spoke to Carter. He listened to my roof concerns and scheduled an appointment for me right away. He was honest and very professional, something I highly value. His customer service was exceptional !! My experience thus far has been a positive one.

My experience with Shield Roofing Company was excellent Carter and his team were professional, honest knowledgeable and polite. Communication was great always updating me whenever necessary, and the job was well done. Carter went beyond he call of duty for me and my dog, taking her with him to his other job sites to remove her from the noise. Most importantly, he did a superb job protecting my property. He completely cleaned up after the job was done and left my home immaculate. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone who needs their roof done.

While other roofers wouldn't even take the time to answer the phone, Mr Logan was here ready to lend advice and I had an estimate within a day. Most important, even though I was quoted a method to repair my problem, once the crew was here they identified that a much less expensive solution was more suitable. I appreciated their honesty and their expert service.
