We had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend Tim Lawrence and his team, Shaun and Shaun. They moved the heavy furniture, removed the carpeting in 3 bedrooms and refinished the existing hardwood floors in 5 days. They sanded, stained and applied 2 coats of a clear hard topcoat. We were able to walk on it in the mornings and evenings in stocking feet, though we tried to minimize doing that.The hallway was also done. The baseboard molding was removed and replaced with new painted baseboards, which they prepared before installing. The guys were pleasant, courteous and professional. We felt comfortable with them working in our home when we were not there. Though quite a big job, we were very pleased with the beautiful workmanship and felt the price was quite fair.

We had it condo completely renovated by Peter and his incompetent workers. We spent 100,000.00 and now need to spend another 30,000 to fix his mistakes. He is super attentive at the start of the process and then goes down hill fast. These pictures barely scratch the surface of what is wrong. 9/23/23 Just to clarify Peter’s response. ALL of these items were addressed with Peter and on many punch lists that we provided. We have had 8 contractors and and multiple realtors assess our condo and every single one was horrified. Thanks to Peter we are now stuck with fixing the issues his workers created, including making the condo inhabitable d/t placing a junction box in the wall, it does not even pass inspection. Shihadeh-Everything For Your Floors executed ahead of schedule, on budget, and with great attention to detail a wood to ceramic tile floor replacement project that came out beautifully. Owner Peter Shihadeh was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and professional throughout the multi-step process of ensuring the new tile arrived on time, offering packing help to tenants, coordinating schedules with tenants, asbestos experts, tiler, carpenter, painter and movers. His workmen were all extremely kind and understanding, too, of the importance of attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Peter and his company for small and comprehensive general contractor jobs.

Very disappointing experience. Hired to refinish floors. Scratches, discolorations and dents were unaffected. Tim did the wet paper towel test (see SandFree website for details) on floor in photo 4 and reported that the scratch would be covered. I sent him this after photo & his response was “sorry.” I was charged $2,000 to refinish 1200 Sq feet and the results are the same as if I had vacuumed and wet mopped. SandFree is a rip off.

They have been around forever. Had an oriental rug cleaned that my mom handed down to me. They were very professional, picked my rug up and had it returned wrapped nicely. Was very happy with their service!
