Shiloh Landscape Design

I am writing this review, because I want customers to know how rotten Shiloh Company is. Last February I contacted Rebecca in the office to setup our annual appt to get much, shrubs cut, edding done, and the company was suppose to come next week. I had to call the office to find the price. The price was almost $3,000 to do the work. They have been putting us off all summer long telling me that they had a heavy work load, but promised to do the work. Had I not called them, and spoke to Rebecca, they would have done the work, and left me with a $3,000 bill. They have been coming to Hbg. for at least 3 yrs. and this is the way they treat good customers like us, who feed the guys, plus tipped each and every worker when the left. We just had the most remarkable transformation of our backyard completed a few days ago. There were new walkways added, a new and enlarged bluestone patio installed, a new fountain, a dry stream bed, and countless new plantings. Everyone we had contact with at Shiloh Landscape Design -- from Greg the landscape architect, to the guys working in our yard, to the office staff -- was professional, personable, skilled, and knowledgeable. It was an absolute pleasure to work with them. They genuinely care about the final result and it shows in everything they do. We will, without question, be using them again.
